- Tax Sale Books (Greater of 10 years or Current Ownership)
- Chancery Docket (Greater of 10 years or Period Ownership)

Title Exam Information
This is the most common search we preform. It meets the industry standard for a residential purchase and is almost always needed when purchasing a new property or refinancing a property you already own. This exam is limited to the Lot number(s) you provide us through contract or Title Order.
Payment Policy
We require $75.00 with the placement of the Title Order. The balance and all fees will be due upon completion of the Title Report prior to Land Title App releasing the report.
Delivery
The Title Report will be emailed, via encrypted, password protected email to the information you give us when you order the Title Exam.
Fees
All Title Examinations will incur, and be liable for, a $0.25 per page copy and print fee and a $0.20 per page court records fee.
Quote Good For
This quote is good for one Title Examination for 1 Lot. Each additional Lot required to search will be an additional $125.00 plus copy, print, and court fees.
