This Title Examination, offered to Real Estate Agents only, will take the purported owner name and property address, tax identification number, or deed and report to the Real Estate Agent the most recent deeded owner of the property being listed.

This is an Real Estate Agent Only services. We will match the name of the person you are speaking with to the most recent owner found on the land records, and report back to you the titled owner(s).
Payment Policy
We require $25.00 (full price) up front for this Title Examination.
Delivery
The Title Report will be emailed, via encrypted, password protected email to the information you give us when you order the Title Exam.
Fees
All Title Examinations will incur, and be liable for, a $0.25 per page copy and print fee and a $0.20 per page court records fee.

This quote is good for one search. Each additional search requires an additional $25.00 plus copy, print, and court fees.
